Techniche does not remotely connect or collect information automatically from the customer’s Statseeker server. This ensures customers do not have connections into their network from remote systems that they do not manage or own.

NO SOFTWARE AUTO-UPDATE FACILITY

Techniche does not provide automatic remote updates to customers Statseeker server. This ensures customers do not have connections into their network from remote systems that they do not manage or own.

INSTALLATION IMAGES ARE NOT PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE OR DOWNLOADABLE

Statseeker’s installation image is hosted by a secure platform that maintains security precautions consistent with industry best practices, Access to the installation image is provided securely to customers via Sales and Support team members. This ensures there is no public knowledge to where our images are stored and located.

A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO RUN A STATSEEKER SERVER

Customers and prospects can only license a server through direct contact with the Statseeker team. This provides us and our customers the benefit of knowing who they are engaging with in relation to our software.

OUR MODULES AND SERVICE PACKS ARE INTERNALLY SIGNED

No external company or third party can recompile or re-create our provided packages as they do not have access to our internal signing facility. This provides a level of protection for the customer as only packages provided by Statseeker would be able to be installed.
